I was looking for this. While I was testing my bugs in a clean folder this cart button kept telling me about packs I don't own. With me being autistic and having ADHD it really bugs me and disturbs my entire game which I get so happy to go back to modded once all the testing mod free and clean folder for the bugs I find and when I do I have a mod by SimMattically to remove this button so it doesn't give me problems all the time. But yeah mod free and clean folder and it just constantly give you notices about packs you don't own every 2-5 mins. It's gotten much worse now and even worse for people like me with Autism and ADHD :( Edited due to auto correct mistakes in my post.
