Every time starting the game, I'm harassed to one or two pop up before even the main menu, and the the cart button flashes in my face. 

Why isn't this fixed already ??

    Crin are you sure this is a duplicate? I think the old thread was closed.

    EDIT: Oh status changed right after I posted. Now it's in feedback.
