Update: Please see the latest from TheSimsDirect on Twitter.
Update: An emergency patch has been released on EA app, Steam, Epic, Origin and Xbox now to stop the pulsing shopping cart as well as resolve the issues with pie menus.
Update: The emergency patch is now available on all platforms. Full notes are in the General Discussion board here.
Update: If you're still seeing the issues reported in the OP of this thread, please see my post here for next steps.
Update: I've moved this thread from the Bug Reports section now that the Epatch is confirmed to have resolved the aspects of the shopping cart we considered bugged. This thread is now in the Feedback section to aide me in gathering and reporting all of the conversations taking place here for the team.
Yo I haven't played since the update, but I'm deeply concerned. I was diagnosed with epilepsy, and I worry I can't play now if there is something flashing there.

It's stopped pulsating, but how do I get rid of it completely? Absolutely useless feature that clutters the already-squished user interface. Disgraceful EA
- GiardiniDiMarzo11 months agoSeasoned Ace@bageek You need a mod for that, SimMattically on XTwitter made it.
- LadyAofPineapple11 months agoSeasoned Ace@bageek In addition to the mod listed by @GiardiniDiMarzo, TwistedMexi added cart removal to the Better BuildBuy mod, as far as I know.
Still, that won't help console players in any way. I also feel that mods should be used in any game to *enhance* gameplay, not fix bugs and other issues, but that's probably worth an entire OTHER conversation, lol.
I wonder for how much longer @EA_Cade will be collecting our feedback before we hear one way or the other. I'm guessing corporate will wait until we've exhausted ourselves, and not put out any official comment on it. I wish I had more faith in this company, but sadly, I lost it long ago. I know it's not Cade's fault, however, but I'm definitely beyond frustrated at this point.- EA_Cade11 months ago
