Make the syndromes optional

I like the syndroms from Enchanted by nature when i choose to play with the pack but they sometimes make no sense with other stories i've created and come in the way of playing, making it frustrating since they last so long and affect them so much. I would really really appreciate having an option in the game to deactivate them. Thank you !
