I'd really like to see an accessibility focused update perhaps including ramps, hand railing for bathrooms, staircases featuring chair lifts and other mobility aids like walkers, canes and wheelchairs. The Sims 4 is a game in which a user can make themselves and replicate their rich, unique lives so why not be able to replicate that in all its glorious detail?

I would like to see more relationship types and found families in the Sims as part of the base game. Things like having sims be able to have more than one best friend, or to adopt people they aren't genetically related to as parents, grandparents, siblings, or offspring, like a 'regard as relative/brother/sister/parent/role model', especially to have fathers and mothers who aren't genetically related to the children in the household still regard them as their child, and to have that relationship persist into adulthood and stay even if the child sim moves away. I don't have Growing together, so maybe that's already part of the game...? And have a 'family friend' options so a sim can become the friend of a whole family, and include a switch so the friend doesn't hit on the adults they knew as children when the children have grown up. I would like a 'friends only' option outside of CAS, so two sims can be close, but never flirt together or hit on each other.
I'd also like to see ace sims better represented in the game. Right now, the situation is all or nothing, a sim can either be interested in everyone and flirt at the drop of a hat even if they're married, or interested in no one. There's nothing in between. It should take more effort to make a sim cheat when they're in a relationship. 'Unflirty' and 'Loyal' also take up a personality trait slot.
Also, finally, I'd like EA to do something about the sinks sims choose to wash dishes in, like a 'mark as kitchen sink' option for sinks, so sims only use one sink to wash dishes. I'm so tired of watching my sims go straight to the bathroom to wash dirty dishes. I mean, who does that irl, take dirty dishes to the bathroom? Nobody! People leave dirty dishes on counters if they can't get to the kitchen sink.

Hi,
I play Sims 4 as well as watch others play on Twitch. I have not watched a single streamer on Twitch play the game without commenting how much they hate the sounds newborns make when they cry. I know it grates on my nerves as well and would love to see the newborn crying sound changed to something that isn't so irritating.
I also have an issue with sinks, and I've seen it happen on Twitch as well. The Sims rarely if ever wash their hands in the same bathroom they just used. Whenever a house has more than one bathroom they invariably want to go to another bathroom to wash their hands. It seems we might just be ahead in terms of conservation of space to just make a very small room for bathroom sinks and leave them out of the bathrooms all together.

I would love to see more job options like a fashion model, dancer and working in a music recording studio as a profession that you could travel to. Also an option where you can travel from home to elementary school if you're a kid.

Actually, with the sinks, EA did an update some time back where you can mark the sinks to be either bathroom or kitchen. So far, my sims have not washed the dishes in the bathroom since... unless something was blocking their ability like the cupboards, which now that bug has been recently fixed.
