[FFQE] 'Bright 'N Bouncy Bunny Nightlight' Doesn't actually ward off monsters

Its description reads, "It's warm glow can ward off the monster under the bed, ensuring sweet dreams for little ones", implying that it works like the Coolala light, but despite the toy being placed on his nightstand, it did not prevent the monster from appearing. Really disappointed this doesn't work as advertised cause I was looking forward to having a nicer looking way of preventing it.

Hi all,

In order for this nightlight to ward off monsters, it must first be turned on.

What is the moodlet they get?

This will sound dumb but i have to ask: is the light turned on? Mine works perfectly fine and the child get the moodlet when it wakes up.

I've been having all nightlights (except the default Coolala, sort of) fail to prevent monsters under childrens beds for a while. The new event one might be having the same issue as all the other nightlights.
With the default Coolala I've had kids wake up a couple times from monsters, but they can go right back to bed because the monster doesn't stay. The others get the monster as if there wasn't a nightlight.
