Been forgetting to put sprinklers up for a while but recently started using them again (also, it doesn't matter where it's placed as long as it's on the house) and noticed the same, the sprinklers turned on just after the firefighters had come and put out the fire and things had burned down. Was sitting there waiting for them to turn on and first thought they'd stopped working. Kinda defeats the purpose of having them if they're not gonna work as intended.
