Fixing the inconsistent spacing and layout in the Social Group menu

Hi, Each sub-menu in the Social Group menu has its own content, but the padding, spacing, and layout rules are not consistent between them: spacing between text and button(s) group is never the same...

Honestly, the entire UI could use and overhaul/clean up.

I am still livid they thought this was acceptable in the UI. It is like an armature's mistake, I know as I have done it, nested tables with gaps just always look bad! Inconsistent spacing/padding looks bad, and is another armature's mistake.
