Free all misc. Skin colors

I loved when the team released the occults details to all the sims, so i don't really understand why they didn't gave us all the miscellaneous skin colors for all sims yet.

It doesn't make sense to keep some of them to one pack and one occult specifically, when many occults need as much things as they can get and the base game has portrayed normal people with abnormal skin colors since the begining.
