I agree that the new changes are not what I would like to see. I don’t mind it bringing up most popular first on the gallery view, but understand why others do. I think a good compromise for those concerned about their newer creations not being seen would be bringing back notifications for new creations by followed/favorited creators and changing the view to “popular now” rather than “most popular” since most of the downloads under that view are years old and tend to be outdated with little chance of being overtaken.
As for the my library view, I really dislike my “most popular” creations being the default rather than newest. I never search by most popular in my own library.
