Gallery's "Using Only These" searches only for uploads containing ALL selected

We finally have a new search filter for the gallery and I was so excited until I saw that the "using only these" option combined with the "show only owned" option wasn't working for me, it kept giving me no results. Then I found out that when you select the packs you own, the gallery is coded to show you only creations that are made with ALL the packs selected. 

This means if you own all the packs, you will only be shown uploads that contain AAALLL the packs. If you have/select, for example, cats and dogs, city living and island living, you're gonna see uploads that have a combination of those 3 packs, if some creations contain items only from cats and dogs and city living (and not from island living) you're not going to see them.

What I expected the option to do is to show all the creations that I can download on their entirety because I own all the packs that were used to make them. 

This is very frustrating. I don't know if there was a miscommunication on how the community wanted this function to work or what.
