Another thing to add to this. I can't ask my employees to do anything, but also the nurse will stand there and talk to a patient that I'm trying to help all day long, to the point where I can't diagnose or talk to the patient because the nurse is casually talking to the patient. And then it affects my work performance when I don't have enough diagnoses. I can't enter build mode to move the furniture which is the only way I know how to move people. It's extremely infuriating.
To get the nurse to move I usually initiate the Go Away command and the nurse automatically starts walking away from the patient and then I cancel the command before actually carrying it out (didn't want to make any enemies with my coworkers).
