Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?:

make a new save, look at Dustin or Skip Broke's family tree and you will find they are not related.

What happens when the bug occurs?:

These two sims who are canonically related are able to romance each other.

What do you expect to see?:

That two canonically related sims have appropriate relationship flags and recognise each other as father and son.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?:

Not now. I've removed them.
