Gifting/Inheriting Tarot Cards

You should be able to gift or inherit tarot cards and have the recipient actually be able to use them. I understand (to an extent) not being able to just shuffle them around, given thigns around having your own personal deck in real life, but those decks are often gifted or passed on to others, and it would be nice to be able to do that in the game too. Perhaps something like a registered owner with a connection, similar to binding the voodoo doll or assigning beds
