[GTW] Detective stuck with impossible APB

There are different issues with the Detective career and APB (suspects not showing up/ suspect not being at the station after getting arrested so cannot interrogate etc)

This bug report related to APB that are impossible to complete/ resolve naturally. 

For example if a sim in the Detective career with an active APB is saved to the Gallery and then added to another save at one point. The APB does not work.

Please make it possible to delete an active APB, that would solve the issue. Or make it so an APB cannot transfer over with a sim when uploaded to the Gallery or saved to the Library.

You can delete tasks with the Freelance careers for example, I use that way when I encounter bugs and while it is not perfect since you lose work progress by removing the current task, at least I can move on.

My Detective sims need to quit their career and rejoin to get rid of an impossible APB.
So they loose saved vacation days, the Milestones looks ridiculous with quitting and joining the same career, and I never get to stay at the level they where before I had them quit so I have to grind again and hope I don't come across an impossible APB again. 

(And again, sims save to the Gallery/ Library is not the only issue related to impossible APB. All my Detective sims come across issues with impossible ABP at some point).
