[GTW] [DU] Scientists with Degrees get tasks that can't be done

I get that all the Sims dev team does is work on more micro DLCs that no one likes, but this is a really big, obvious bug. I got Physics Diploma, used it to get a Scientist job, and I get to career level 8 immediately. Then my work tasks are to upgrade satellite dish. What satelite dish? I cant even invent that yet. Then there's tasks to use serums that I havent nor I cant invent, and other similar stuff that I havent unlocked. Why I havent unlocked? Because I just started and I dont have any breakthroughs to even invent these devices, so the job performance gets stuck and I cant do anything, because theres no way to reset the job tasks.

Also giving tasks like "Freeze 3 sims" when Im level 8 in the career, but to upgrade the ray to freeze, I need to be level 9

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.

What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.

To be sure, you could invent all the lower stuff and then do the high up ones, those aren't blocked ? It's basically about the lower stuff not getting unlocked on it's own if you have a degree ?

No mods/cc. PC. Its asking me to invent stuff that I cant unlock, cos im lower level in the career, please re-read my thread, I have been perfectly clear. Satelite dish is not unlcoked unless you have enough breakthroughs, yet the tasks demands that I "upgrade Satelite Dish" How? When Its not unlocked, when I just started my career at level 8?
