BG: Transports ideas

Given that the idea of having cars in the game is getting a 10+ years resistance why not just add some NPC/animations for transports like in the old games? This would be enough to me:

• Add a school bus npc for sims go to school;
• Add a taxi npc for sims go to work/travel;
• Add a mobile health care system where doctors come to your house;
