[GTW][BH] [AA] Assigned/Scheduled activities/roles not taking place as expected

The Clubs, Small Businesses, Custom Venues and Getaways all seem to use a similar system for choosing/scheduling activities. Sometime the chosen activities do not get done by the unplayed Sims assign...
