GAME BECAME UNPLAYABLE

Look i have had this game for years and never have i had this many problems like this year i swear. The updates break everything, got a 801 error that compleatly corrupted my legacy file of 2 yrs started a brand new file ad my sims couple turned into COUSINS!? Or when i was stuck on an infinite loading screen,or unable to save.

Like i get so attached to my sims it hurts when **bleep** like this happens. The game is so unplayable right now and i am so tired of it.
