Handiness and Decades Expansion Pack

I think it would be a great idea to add other things to be handy with, like handy sims can fix, build, or renew cars, and doing so builds the handiness skill. I also think that there should be like a sort of old fashioned expansion pack, maybe like a decades sort of thing where you get a little bit of the 60s-80s fashionwear and decor.
