Senior school instead of High school, nursery instead of daycare and sausage and mash in but no pie and mash and mushy peas that's a proper British meal right there and I guess they'd also have to add random sims walking down the street at 3am on a weekday drunkenly shouting Oi Oi saveloy and other random stuff at the top of their lungs to make it feel like real life England or maybe thats just where I live 😂
