How about fixing older packs ?

Bug fixes are based on what people vote on.

So they only ignore it cuz it doesnt give them more money

Would be nice if they fixed the doctor career. I need to extend the work day to have a chance of treating two patients fully because I have to run through ALL tests to still have like three choices of what the disease might be to take a wild guess at, which is usually wrong. 

And then there's a house call pop up like you have time for that while working on a patient already. I never bother with those.
