[HR] Missing Nectar Making Skill Books

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase and Install Horse Ranch. Try to purchase books with either a phone, bookshelf or computer.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nectar Making Skill Books don't appear at all.
What do you expect to see? I expect Nectar Making Skill Books to appear in the list of Skill Books. Unless their is so kind of lore reason as to why there are no Nectar Making Skill Books that I missed I don't understand why they aren't available.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I really think that skill books should exist for every skill
University added both a class that teaches is and also a University course. So to me this seems like an oversight.
With the new laundry list I was thinking maybe just maybe it's one of those things that can be retroactively fixed.
