[HSY] Adults Cannot Develop a Crush

I was looking through code of sims 4 and found that there are features like separate wants for crushes and their teen versions in the same whimset (whimsets are groups tied to traits, relationship labels to allow sims to roll specific wants) yet I know for a fact that Adults, Young Adults and Elders do not have the ability to develop them. I think this should be fixed, because there's nothing in the code that prohibits this.

There is even a mod that fixes the issue!
