@samsam713 you can set the preferred hair of your choice in CAS and then just turn off hair growth. That way your Sims will have facial and body hair or none at all and with hair growth disabled they won't have to shave. That's how I do it anyway. The option is there on both facial hair and in the body options.
- @simsplayer818 Sure, that's an option, but I don't feel like the answer to a problem in the game should be "just don't interact with that feature". If they want hair growth on, it's fair to give feedback that it isn't working how they would like it to.
The fact that the Sims team added this feature without giving it basic QoL functionality like not taking 3 hours, or shaving all body hair without needing to take multiple showers is a bit ridiculous.@CoraychiIt's just a workaround to assist incase that's something they, or anyone else reading are not aware of it. I'd just finished doing this very thing in my game on a new Sim.
