[HSY] Too frequent ThrifTea notifications (daily, with no option to disable)

Sorry if my initial report was misleading and/or incomplete.

I came to the conclusion that this behavior is NOT by design by looking at the game files.

The notification displayed everyday is for Exclusive items (notification_FashionMarketplace_ExclusiveStock.snippet)

The "Exclusive" notification triggers ONLY if there are exclusive items in the store. (FashionThriftStoreTuning)
There is a configuration for the exclusive items drop-chance. It is set to 100% by default which ALWAYS triggers the message.

BUT

The official TDESCS (https://forums.thesims.com/en_us/discussion/1001794/1-90-358-tdescs) specify that the default value should be 25%

This implies that the intended behavior is:
 - 25% chance of exclusive items
- ONLY receive notification when there are exclusive items in the store

- therefore we should get, on average, the Exclusive notification every FOUR days, not every day.

It seems the implementation and the documentation are in contradiction.
