Idea - family

It would be very nice if you made a pack that allowed your sim to give their child up for adoption, leave their child at fire station, also teen-pregnancy would be more realistic, you could then choose when you got pregnant if you wanted to have an abortion, keep the child or give up for adoption, this would invite an entire system for sims qualifying to be foster parents & adoptive parents. Your sim could interview potential parents themselves or go through the agency, as well as choose closed and open adoption. It would be really fun gameplay, as the child grows up, the adoptive parents could choose to reveal that they are adopted.

We could then also have orphanages, you could run them and go there to meet and get to know children. There may be requirements to have a good income and enough space. Even adopting siblings.

Teen pregnancies would raise the games rating to 18+ so that will newer happen.

The majority of suggestions would raise the game's rating. The reason it is rated T for teens is because those ideas are not included. You can create your own orphanage in the game. I know since I have created a household which functions like that.

  • teenage pregnancy won't happen and aborting the baby won't happen neither but i do like the idea about keeping a child or putting it up for adoption option, the couple or just 1 adult sim who adopt the orphan kid (or kids)

if the orphan kids get a visitor from an adult (or a couple) the message should pop up and once someone who works for orphan kids informs them their history and what they are like, the question should pop-up if you want to adopt your kid (or kids) or not and if you answer yes you get options which one you want to adopt

and if you play with an adult (or adults if they are a couple) you can visit the orphan house and ask someone who works there for some informations and stuff (maybe like you said also interview them)

adopting a kid is possible on a computer (i can't remember if it's possible on the phone though) so why not making a pack to have more options?

    just a thought though

open adoption should be possible too
