teenage pregnancy won't happen and aborting the baby won't happen neither but i do like the idea about keeping a child or putting it up for adoption option, the couple or just 1 adult sim who adopt the orphan kid (or kids)
if the orphan kids get a visitor from an adult (or a couple) the message should pop up and once someone who works for orphan kids informs them their history and what they are like, the question should pop-up if you want to adopt your kid (or kids) or not and if you answer yes you get options which one you want to adopt
and if you play with an adult (or adults if they are a couple) you can visit the orphan house and ask someone who works there for some informations and stuff (maybe like you said also interview them)
adopting a kid is possible on a computer (i can't remember if it's possible on the phone though) so why not making a pack to have more options?
just a thought though
open adoption should be possible too
