@iamsweetmystery have you added No Trespassing settings to your Front Door? For me that at least stopped the food arriving but not all the visitors. Also if you have NAPs in the neighborhood I'd check you don't have the Sharing is Caring NAP in force.
But there is a Bug Report here too if they are in your house uninvited:
Sulani is the absolute worst for uninvited guests. I have locked gates everywhere but was playing one lot in Ohan'ali Town they were swimming around it and climbing up the ladders in turn, they formed an orderly waterly queue in the sea! Uber creepy it was seeing them floating there.

Yeah, the extra food event is triggered by not cooking for a certain period of time, I think - but if you have never hungry (or have been blessed by the island spirits with the one that keeps you full for a while) or even just have a ton of leftovers from a party, you’re really not in need of the extra food. I love the concept, but do sometimes just cancel the event and send everyone home. I also started sometimes just making a single serving of something each day, just to prove to the neighbors I knew how to cook so they’d stop bringing food!

@PipMenace - I would still be somewhat annoyed, but considerably less annoyed, if they had the courtesy to bring a vegetarian dish, like the Island Vegetable Feast. Being a compassionate mermaid, including the Child of the Ocean Trait, I've also made her Vegetarian to go with that friend-of-nature vibe. However, every single time, without fail, they bring Kalua Pork. The only Sims living there are her and her horse. Neither one is going to be eating any meat.

@simsplayer818 - I definitely don't have Sharing is Caring active. That permits NPCs to steal my stuff, which I'm not okay with. I've long since disabled NPC voting in Settings. I absolutely despise "Sharing is Caring", "Roughhousing Encouraged" and "We Wear Bags" so I make sure only my Households get to vote on what's enacted. I probably don't have trespassing settings enabled on my door. I usually don't use them because I don't want to keep away visits I actually do want, but I certainly could give that a try.

I had a Sim move to all neighbourhoods to check if they were affected and repeal them and I remember that in Ohan'ali Town it was Sharing is Caring and until it was repealed he couldn't stop neighbours arriving and he couldn't get rid of them even with Trespassing settings. If memory serves it's my only experience with that NAP. (The less said about the Free Love NAP the better...!)

@simsplayer818 - I only just saw this message. I don't think I got a notice. I do like and use Free Love, though it does have it's problems. It can be useful for open relationships and pairs well with the Player Trait. Also a great way to earn a lot of Influence Points with highly affectionate households. However, it does occasionally backfire. Recently, I was running a Food Sale and one of the customers just came up and kissed my Sim out of the blue. It also doesn't account for preferences, so my lesbian Sims have had men attempt to kiss them. Didn't end well for the guy, getting shoved away and scolded. That NAP is definitely a two-edged sword. It is one of the better ones, but that's mainly because the bar is set pretty low in the first place.
