Improving adding accessibility items

When adding items like hearing aids and glasses to my sims in CAS it is such a long process having to select the item in EVERY outfit category. It would be so helpful if there was a feature that auto-adds these items like when you choose a hair in the everyday category: automatically changing the hair in every other outfit category. I think it would work best as a check-box on the item to 'add to all outfits'. The same would help for things like wedding rings!

This would motivate me to utilise these awesome inclusive features so much more!

There's a button to apply the selected item (or itemS in the case of piercings) to all outfits. It's the one directly to the left of the row of symbols designating outfit category. It looks kinda like a paper with the corner folded down.

Also, if you select the three dots on the bottom of the button I stead of the button itself, a popup will appear with checkboxes to choose specifically which outfits to apply whatever to (for example, if you wanted every outfit *other than* bathing suit).

I love putting lots and lots of facial piercings on my sims, and multiple outfits per category, so finding that button (which was a total accident if I'm being honest, I was rushing and hit it by accident) was an absolute life saver for me hahaha

It works for makeup and nails too, and I *think* you can use it for any item at all (like if for some reason you wanted every single outfit to have the same shirt lol)
