In game bugs

Hello, 

Since last update i can only sometimes get my players to use items to build skills half the time they go off doing random quests that doesnt even help them get there needs meet. Everytime I get them to make any type of food they just wont do it and no errors with items being in the way they jusy cook when they feel like it dont do any of the commands I do, also forget about lining up commands because I move to other player and all gone and their off doing something raandom as, Instead of adding new packs sims nees to work on fixing the game. 

Also have this one world i have played for 100+ hours and I had twins and with taking care of them it actually made me never want to play again or at least the kids which sucks bvecause thats one of my fav ages to play i have over 6000+ hours on this game and im so close to never playing again :(
