In-game Challenges Tool

I love Sims 4, and I would love it even more if we could create in-game challenges like with the Call of Nature challenge you have running at the moment. It would be awesome to be able to create challenges with a strong focus on story that progresses as the player levels up a required skill for example, or visits a certain spot. It could be a total game changer. Pun intended. :)
