Incessant Notifications
Can we please be given the ability to toggle ALL NOTIFICATIONS on and off? It is annoying, distracting from gameplay, and may even be contributing to the lag, freezing, crashing? I don't know that for sure, but seems like it could be. There are constant notifications for anything and everything every moment of gameplay - the "notification wall is full" message appears multiple times during any play session. Most of this is stuff players are already aware of. Like - we know when we've leveled up a skill. We know when there is a festival - they're all on the calendar now. So many festivals!! It really feels like there are multiple festival notifications every Sim day now. Gameplay would be so much more enjoyable without the endless pop-ups. While we're at it - after a quest event/reward event is completed... could we not make the icon for it vanish? A floating head in the upper lefthand corner is also quite annoying. And the widget at the bottom that you can hoover on to get the temperature and weather forecast... could we maybe institute clicking on that to receive that info instead of it automatically popping up every time the cursor touches it? That tall info bar takes up the entire middle of the screen, and that can be frustrating as well, especially when you are really into something in game and suddenly you can't see anything because you inadvertently touched to weather info.
