Is it predatory to not have a pack rating system?

 Am I missing something, or is there NO way to leave ratings on every pack?  No way to warn future players about the mistakes I made. Am I to believe that the only way to leave a rating is through xb...

No, instead they push constant advertisements in your face as you try to play the game. Which should be illegal, it is a disgusting business practice.
