Is there no way to set makeup/hair for all outfits at once in CAS UI?

Maybe I'm just missing something for years, but this has always bugged me and I don't understand why it's designed this way. The design for makeup and hair seems to go something like: Hair - If...

We got this recently and for a month or so I was able to apply all the make up to all the outfits but the update for business & hobbies (or maybe the one for one of the kits) got rid of that so we had to go back to applying manually each item to all hte outfits. Such a bummer we lost that.
