The english simmer had a cute video with new custom content she found and there was an excellent mod of Romantic Gifts. It was so cute they gifted each other fine jewelry and a Rolex. I hope it's a feature. Also so retro shaped ram style hoop earrings which recently made a come back in fashion, and I really hope thats a new create a sim accessory.
I also really want jewelry in the fashion shops from get to work. I always set up a corner but would be nice if you can make your own fine jewelry store or sell it to a boutique.
The collectable jewels we have should be put towards that too.
Update I've been wishing for, the sim wears engagements and weddings rings exchanged. I thought it was an in game feature but I never seen it work.
