Editable qty when purchasing items

When purchasing medicine / seeds / vegetables / milk / cheese/ eggs/ upgrade parts etc., can the quantity be editable? I always have to click 99 times. I would love if the quantity required to purchase is editable! Just like how when you delete / sell multiple items, you can type in the quantity.
