What really gets me the most at times is the majority of all we purchase are full of bugs in need of fixes... many of which still remains in need of EA's attention.
The bugs that comes - even with updates (that are supposed to fix bugs?) are just too many! I don't even play with mods or cc, but with that big update before Lovestruck, I started having issues with my game - which I've never really had before; as in white screen (123error), not being able to place furniture and other weird things happen. And then, before bugs are fixed, there's another expansion pack. I mean really - just fix what's wrong before anything new comes. Even with this Reaper event, I've had issues. I get so disappointed that every time I log into game, there's something that stops me from playing. I didn't buy Lovestruck, also because I've read so many people complain about the new 'attraction' system. If it isn't an improvement, but rather a problem, then why should I buy the pack? Mostly there are some things from build-mode I would love to have, but it's a pretty steep prize to pay for a few items and bugged game-play on top!
Yes; I know I am complaining a lot - but that's 'cause I actually love this game and want to be able to play it! Sigh.

@VingedheartI am so with you on this. I read about the issues with Lovestruck too and I just can't bring myself to buy it. I really like the look of the new world and some of the buy/buildmode items too. I wish there was a way we can get those without having to buy the full pack. The same with the older DLC they come out with. I didn't necessarily want some of the themes they come with, like vampires and werewolves, but some of the objects that come with it are awesome!
EA should consider making a way for us to choose what we want in our DLC other than conducting pulls to find out what people want. There are thousands of players out there with different tastes and interest in the way we all wish to see our games take shape and unfold in the future packs, kits, etc. to come.
Also they should really add to the older DLC like they do with the base game when they introduce items that would make sense with the older packs that were released instead of separating them and stretching them out into future packs, kits, etc. to make us buy more. That is not fair either... but anything to make money I guess.
