[LD] When inheriting money the lot value should be included

I just had a Sim inherit from her mother and was disappointed that she can only receive her share of the household funds but the value of the lot gets lost in the void.

Since inheriting money only works when the last Sim in a household dies anyway it shouldn't be that complicated to include the value of the lot in the sum (since the lot is vacated afterwards anyway and does not belong to anyone anymore).

That would help a lot with more realistic storytelling since I do not want to use cheats like freerealestate, but it's a pity that so much money gets lost when branching off another household.
