[LD][Seasons] Ravenwood doesn't change for winter or autumn

I understand the wish for snow but can we please stop assuming rude things like "the devs didn't want to deal with it". There is no reason to automatically assume the choice was because something was "too difficult".

Also, Lake Lunvik in Moonwood Mill doesn't freeze in winter. It says "too cold to swim" but it's not frozen. Werewolves can still wade in up to their ankles.

I also agree that Ravenwood should have true seasons, maybe with a predisposition to the cold (frequently freezing in winter, no heat waves in summer). I really loved the world until I learned that it doesn't change in the seasons, and without a mod I will probably never play long-term in this world. I can see where the Sims team is coming from with wanting the world to feel unchanging but this is a major downside to the world for a lot of people, including the ones who were excited for the Romanian representation through this world. Personally, I would love to see a setting where you can turn the eternal autumn on or off in Ravenwood. 

... A setting to disable the infection in StrangerVille would be great too since the world is beautiful and most people don't want to play in it because they'll be forced to do the questline for it to be a normal world, but that's a different topic...

I personally like the Autumnal feel of the new world, it seems fitting. It's just the leaves that are starting to bother me. My Sim is constantly sweeping them up as she's on a large lot.

Edit: so I found the leaves eventually vanished if I restarted my game. So they mustn't be intended to continue into Spring and Summer after all. I'm relieved about that because Whispering Glen is such a beautiful neighbourhood.

I Live on the largest lot and have yet to see a single fallen leave. It is currently winter so should have seen some by now if there are any.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Girl i don’t know
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, except, A few kits and the Digital Deluxe expansion (Cause they are all ripoffs)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It’s not a Bug… However it might as well be one because why aren’t the seasons changing?
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing because ya’ll didn’t even allow the seasons to begin with.. (Do better!?!)
What do you expect to see? Snow, Summer storms and heat, Spring time… Etc The season chii
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This more so me telling ya’ll to give seasons on ravenwood because Console players deserve it. Ya’ll to damn grown and have been doing ya’ll jobs for one decade too many for ya’ll not add seasons to this world. Also, the perpetual autumn is an excuse and you know it. I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING THE PICKLE JUICE. Give us seasons. This isn’t me asking i’m literally demanding because i paid money.

I don't even get rain storms or thunder in this world, which is highly dissappointing..
