Life & Death: Household property values lost after sim dies

I've tested the new Wills feature with Life & Death. Unfortunately, I've learned that when your sim leaves their Simoleans to someone after they die, this does not include the value of their home property or any of their owned business properties. It would be nice if their entire reserve could be passed on or even leave their businesses to someone. Otherwise it's all value lost.
