The pack would add a Thrift Shop to the businesses you can own or build in your game.
Clothes and items would wear out over time and become less useful. They would start looking worn out too, at that point you can choose to take them to the thrift shop or fix them up with the wood working table or sewing machine. If you take them to the thrift store you can choose to replace them for some money off of them (what you made from the thrift store) or buy something new

I love this. I doubt we would get it. It sounds like things degrading in quality would be one of those things that would be difficult/taxing. Just like grass doesn't grow. But I think it's a cute idea and I would totally buy it.
