Honestly, ANY pack that would simply incorporate all mods and cheats into the game. No typing out 20 cheats every time you start the game or switch to a new lot. Pull up a menu, select the cheats and activate/deactivate them.
Also, incorporate anything that the older games could do that Sims 4 can't. Why should I need a mod to paint the underside of my black metal, suspended house???
