Honestly, I think that lot traits should be more tailored for players. In some cases, like when aliments were in full throttle, fires were crazy frequent between bad luck and burning passion.
It was kinda fun for my storyline, as I had spellcasters and between chillio and repairo, it created more of a challenge for the occult that has basically cheat abilities.
But for the average player/a normal/storytelling game it was way too much. I easily could have 3 fires a day which was starting to border on too much, even with spellcasters to help even it out.
Having a lot with "Volatile" a lot and Sims can catch fire or Sims can get electrocuted more frequently. "Flammable" would just be fires.
