M$ OneDrive cannot handle lots of mods

Power users (massive mods) need the ability to configure game data location.

There is an installation option to set the location of the game software, but the data (mods) always go to the DOCUMENTS folder, which is managed by M$ OneDrive. OneDrive cannot handle a massive Mods folder and starts getting glitchy as the Mods folder grows, and each glitch causes TS4 to glitch. Yuk.

I have tried many solutions and avoided others as I found them unacceptable. Trying to remove OneDrive from Windows turned out to be a disaster ... death of a thousand cuts. The only resolution I've found that makes sense is to create another Windows user w/o a M$ account and install the game under that user.

But, the best solution would be for the user to be able to tell the installer where to put GAME and DATA.
