Make body hair optional for random

Question

The problem: since HSY body hair has become an option. I have zero problem with that, body hair should get a representation and if you want a sim to rock their hair with pride, it's nice to have that option.

However, now SO MANY townies have random body hair. I can kind of get onboard with a lot of female sims having leg hair, but chest and back hair on this high a percentage of sims is not statistically or biologicaly relevant. I have to manually go through all my townies and remove excess hair in CAS.

Proposed solution:

1) Make optional:

In pack options in the settings, add "Add body hair" - if checked, hair appears randomly on sims. Unchecked - body hair only appears if you manually select it in CAS.

2) Fix statistics to be biologically relevant.

Women do not have chest and back hair with such frequency, the percent chance should be lower.

P.S. same problem with piercings - like all of my townies spawned with double nose rings.

Also please do not take this as discriminatory in any way. Changing societal norms is hard, and I'm glad the Sims is moving in the right direction. I just would like to have it a bit more controlled in my game.

I would also very much like to have an option like that. I don't want to use the games body hair, I use a very nice CC one that I will continue to use because it looks nicer and more realistic. I've disabled hair growth for any of my sims that I pop into CAS, and also for random townie make-overs.

A similar option for facial hair would be nice too, but not as important as body hair. There are only a few beards/goatees I like and give my sims. I don't want to see them with large beards.

For mod-users I'd recommend googling&nbsp;Body Hair: Luumia Edition by Andirz. It's a mod that replaces EA's body hair with Luumia's textures and has an option to disable or limit body hair for women.&nbsp;

I would like a way to control the randomization of feminine body hair also. I'm looking for a mod right now that will disable it for females to have random chest and back hairs. You are right that the females get more body hair than the males seems too.&nbsp;

I agree. Every Female Sim with that much hair on arms, Legs, Back and front torso was so annoying and was not looking good.That was the reasson for me to fix it for myself

Well, that option mentioned above SHOULD be in game as default. I'm starting to feel sick with my teen female sims growing torso and back hair EVERYTIME they age up. I don't want to have tons of mods to fix obvious things in game (and I'm sure that no one else wants too), I already have them too much, so I hope someone from EA team will consider doing something with this torso/back hair issue.
