Make more body types
I love the sims, I do but I have noticed that they dont really have plus plus sized bodies, that has been bothering me. My one wish is to make more body types for plus sized people. Thank you.

@AnnIsla12 you can edit the bodies to create other body types using the weight/muscle sliders by clicking on the new Sim's body. If it's an existing Sim that's not always possible without using the cas.fulleditmode cheat (with testingcheats true enabled).
The problem I have is the plus sized bodies I create don't stay the same shape because the fat/muscle system doesn't work properly. I'd like to create different plus sized Sims and have them keep that shape. Too often the Sim ends up at the maximum end of the weight scale without my doing anything, especially after switching households. We've reported that a lot over the years and I know some work has been carried out on that front but it still happens. I have one Sim in particular who maxes out every time I see her and I'm constantly changing her back to her original plus size in CAS.
So I'd like to be able to freeze the body shape, especially with a plus sized Sim. So I can create a curvy Sim that doesn't double in size later. It's not realistic to have Sims at opposite ends of the size chart.
