Seriously, it shouldn't have been that difficult to make it a drop down option. I don't see any reason not to have the spouse/ partner as options though for those who prefer. Though they should'nt have removed the original option's. For me personally partner sounds too business like, and not as intimate as boyfriend/girlfriend. Same with spouse it's like I'm reading from a lawful document or something. Who actually uses spouse when referring to there significant other... This is my spouse 😑. I also agree them removing the options isn't very inclusive. The hypocrisy is palpable.
