Making "spouse" and "partner" labels toggleable in CAS

I was really happy to see that the game has updated the language for romantic relationships to default to the gender neutral "partner" and "spouse." I think having the game default to these terms is ...

I have said since the change they should have added terms not taken some away to appease the tiniest minority of players. True inclusion is when they give us all the options and let us decide for ourselves how we want OUR sims to represent themselves.
