Unable to purchase game packs. Area Restrictions

This is what it looks like when I try to purchase a packs for my game. It’s one of the most irritating experiences I’ve had with EA. I highly believe it’s due to area restrictions as I live in Egypt, although I have received no reply to the many reports I’ve sent. It’s very upsetting to not be able to purchase packs and enjoy my game. I also want to mention that these restrictions did not exist when I purchased the sims 4 and multiple packs since around 2020. It’s just so disappointing, I hope EA can change this.
